I ordered Chicken Burrito Bowl. Look at my picture. This is what I got. I know inflation is high but that doesn’t mean you have to make your portion this small. Never going back there.

This place has gone down hill. We went in for dinner and on the hottest day of the year so far, "they had NO ICE". They we selling cold bottled drinks but no bottle opener. Dirty tables and food on the floor. To bad because I really like this place.

My family and I go to this Chipotle often and it’s staff and ratios are usually on point! Today, however, was kind of the opposite. One guy was working the line while the cooks were loudly chatting with customers. We had to seemingly shout at the guy making our order for him to hear us. Additionally, they accidentally over salted the mild salsa (WAY over salted) and ruined two orders ($16). I tried to call since we ordered it to go and I live 15 minutes away, but they don’t have a direct line to the store. Otherwise, I’d just let them know about the salsa and not post a review. Anyways, usually a quick crew and yummy ingredients 9/10 times!

I’ve been to chipotle quite a few times at quite a few different locations and never had issues like this. I’ve been to this specific one since moving to California probably like 3 or 4 times and man it is just terrible. The rice is always just never cooked and hard as a rock. I found half an avocado pit in my food the last time I went. Just terrible quality I wouldn’t waste your money.definitely won’t be back.
