Service was backwards. Ordered, received entrees before guacamole appetizer, or drinks. Finally received guacamole, then drinks and finally out third person’s entree. Food was just ok. Ambiance was a bit off. Used straw on the window ledge by our table and flies buzzing our food. Would not recommend.

We have always loved Puerto Vallarta but not today for lunch. The lil bowl of refried beans they give you when first seated were cold & the salsa (which we usually like) had an odd taste, I think it was old. We ordered the lunch special, 2 enchiladas with rice & beans. My cheese enchiladas were horrible, the red sauce was thick and tasted nothing like enchilada sauce. The cheese inside of my enchilada was yucky! My mom ordered beef enchiladas she said it tasted awful and had a very strange texture. Please bring back the quality ingredients that you had served for years & years. Otherwise, we will not be back, 😩.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! My husband and I travel up and down California! I googled this and was extremely excited when it was a 5 star restaurant! We have only found 2 in 12 years that we love! Exceptional service and food! Highly recommend! Thank you to this fabulous family for taking the time to put forth such excellent food and service!
