We rented from Renters HQ for nine years. The house we rented was in good condition and well maintained. We had some maintenance issues through the years but as soon as we called to have the issues addressed they were polite, fast and efficient with the repairs. The only reason we left was because we bought a house of our own. I would recommend renting from them. I forgot to to pack a couple items in a cupboard and when I called them to see if I could possibly retrieve my items they were more than willing to let me collect them. Thank you Heather.

My partner and I had an overall good experience with Renters HQ. Valerie helped us the whole time and she very responsive and attentive. We really loved our rental, it was just remodeled, spacious, and was in a great location. We did have a couple issues such as the water heater bursting when we first moved in and water leaking from the unit above into our place when we were going to move out, but they were handled quickly which was greatly appreciated. We also had a couple problems with the unit above us, but when we expressed our concerns they took us seriously and were addressed quickly. Valerie was really on top of it! The one con I would say about the place we rented at was the it was poorly insulated. We would hear EVERYTHING from the unit above, which is normal when you rent but when we shared the extent of what we would hear with our friends and family who have rented before they expressed that wasn’t normal lol. Overall, we had a good experience and we wouldn’t mind renting from Renters HQ again! We would probably want to rent a townhouse or a home though.

Just a reasonable person giving a reasonable review for RentersHQ. The property we lived in was sold and Property Upsurge was the new management company in the end. RentersHQ and their response times were always timely, their communications were always sent in various ways and in triplicate in my experience. We never missed a message from them and we were always informed. HQ made adjustments, and upgrades for compliance that we were unaware of, showing they were on the up and up pertaining to compliance. They performed work orders in a timely manner. HQ/staff were always respectful and made sure their contractors, staff or representatives wore mask in or around the property, they always dealt with us in a pleasing manner (each time). They have a tenant portal that is very easy to use. I dealt with the local Redding office over the phone and in person pertaining to each issue we ever had. All around great service and easy to deal with. I would recommend them and or rent from them again. I give them especially high marks because of one of their staff members who went out of her way to help us get our unit during a time it was almost impossible to get a rental because of the fires/aftermath. I wish I could remember her name so I could send her a gift card for lunch at some nice place. All staff there were good in my opinion, however, I really feel like I owe that one staff member something special, she was amazing to us.

Renters HQ was amazing in helping us find a home for our little family. They were prompt, efficient, proactive and responsive. I would say in less than a weeks time we were approved and viewed the unit. They were so sweet, especially during the time of Covid19. I would highly recommend them to others. We had an excellent experience with them.

Most tenants may have a guest in there home up to 14 days depending on landlord of course

I've been homeless since my Mother died, so I don't have any rental history. Is there any chance my application will get approved?
