I have vip tickets they are paid for the person on the ticket can't go is there going to be a problem with this person name being on the ticket so someone else can use the ticket

What kind of VIP tickets? Premium seats or a Meet & Greet situation? Which show?

Not sure about VIP, but in general they don't tend to check to see whether the names on the ticket match those on the id. But I'd call to be sure.
