If you are handicap let them know because they have special seating there for you.
They do have an accessible door but there is only public parking in the area.
There is a parking lot behind the venue that is openly accessible for $10. If you're passing the venue on your right, you make the first right turn after the venue and you will see the lot. There are wide double doors to enter the venue. Everything is sidewalk level. I hope this helps give you a better idea!
There is ADA seating on the balcony and there is an elevator. When you buy tickets notify the venue to have your seats reserved. HOWEVER if the show is sold out your friend/spouse can't sit with you. It gets extremely crowded in there so once the show starts it is near impossible to move for bathroom/elevator/concessions if you use a wheelchair. No idea how I would get out in an emergency. That made me uncomfortable. Will stick to larger venues. The Anthem was great. Similar set up but bigger. I had high hopes for the Filmore but was disappointed.
Public parking is several blocks away unless you are lucky enough to get a spot nearly on the street.
There's parking around the corner for parking.
While you can park in front of the Fillmore(parallel) and the parking lot in back of the building, it's not handicap. The doors also aren't handicap accessible however most of the time they're already open for the concert. Hope this helps!
The parking lots in the area have handicap parking and the venue is handicap accessible
Public parking by meter...entrance is handicapped accessible
