Receptionist or rude to everyone and myself they need to learn how to greet people when They come in and speak in a well respectful manner! Not talk to them like their kids , other than that everyone else behind the doors were great!

I am disappointed with the service they provide to the patient. Today I had an appointment and when I was in the room to do the mammography exam they told me that my insurance did not cover the exam. I called my insurance and my insurance said to me they gave me a bad information, they NEVER CALL TO DO INSURANCE VERIFICATION my insurance does cover the exam that I had TODAY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, POOR COMMUNICATION AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.I work in a doctor's office and we have never treated a patient like they treated me, I felt resentful and discriminated against and the worst thing was that I had to undress, wait and then get dressed again and waste my time driving 30 minutes away. MY INSURANCE NEED TO CALL THEM AND MAKE A TREE WAY CALL AND EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT WHAT EVER INFO THEY PROVIDE ME IT WAS WRONG.
