When I went vip just got in line 20 mins earlier and got to go upstairs which I'd rather not be in a seat. The band would have that info probably on the website if they were doing signings or on their social media accounts.
Our VIP seats included our own table and wait staff in a restricted area. There were not meet and greet with ours.

Vip seats usually doesnt include meet and greet. Its just early access or upstairs seating
Were the seats included as part of a package? Or, did you buy them directly from the venue?
