Parking in the nearby decks is free after 7pm. Most shows start after that so its the best bet. Theres a deck on Cameron St. Just a block and a half away.
When I went a few weeks ago it wasn't everywhere was like $5 or more
The Fillmore doesn't have its own lot, but there are several parking decks in the area. The mall parking deck across the street was free the last time I was there.

Park by the mall. Gates are usually opened by 9. Haven't had to pay yet.
They have a lot behind that is usually 10 dollars. Or you can park in the garage for the mall (Wayne Avenue Garage). You may get a ticket on the way in but the gates are always opened at 9pm so it's free.
The mall across the street was free on a Sunday night.
they don't have their own lot, so it depends on where you choose to park. when i went there i had to pay for parking.
