There are two public garages within one block's walking distance from the Fillmore. Both of them are on Fenton Street, one across from a gym, the other across from a movie theater. There's good signage that will get you to the entrance of either. Free on the weekends.
There's a pay lot just behind the venue (go past venue on the right and make a right). I was there in January and it was only 10 bucks - not a garage so overheight vehicles not a problem!

10 dollar parking directly behind the building. A bouncer usually stands by the back entrance, so there is someone keeping watch over your car while you are inside. The area is well lit and wide open. The best part is that entrances to 495/270 are really close to where you exit this lot. There are garages adjacent to the venue. It is harder to exit the garages however
