Charges are based on number of axels if you use tunnels on regular basis chech on line discounts
I have no idea I think from my experience it only goes based on number of axles. I can't give you a definitive answer. I own a trucking company and have everything from pickups and sprinter vans to box trucks and 18 semi trucks. I am guessing it's just going to charge you for 2 axles it has nothing to do with the weight. You may get a commuter discount or even possibly a ride sharing group discount. I would go down to the main office over by Brooklyn and get a final answer. Sorry I couldn't help but I'm pretty sure on my answer.
