Very unprofessional and poor service my son had a appointment at 5 pm twice no one ever called had to keep calling the office terrible service do not go here ...want to give zero stars how do these guys stay in service..they don't care about mental health because if they do they will do their best to make sure the client is alright..no one ever called woww.

I tried to get my daughter in here during the quarantine, which has affected everyone’s mental health tremendously. I had to call them constantly to figure out when my daughter would be seen. It took them a month to schedule an intake appt after me calling all the time. Then no call again. I had to call them to schedule an appt with the psychiatrist before she could have an appt with the counselor. I waited a wk for that and called and they had to assign her to someone. I had to call them again, for the counselor to contact me. After two weeks still no call so I call back. Finally the counselor calls and she asks my daughter the same question over and over, like she isn’t even listening to her. We schedule another appt with her and the next appt she asks the same thing over and over. Once again not paying attention. The counselor misses the next appt so I call her and get told she no longer works there, yet no one has called me to let me know! The only good thing about this place so far is the psychiatrist. I’m trying to give this place a chance but they need to communicate better! It’s extremely frustrating.

Today, I was supposed to have a phone appt at 5:30pm. It is now 6:30pm. When I called at 5:47pm to double check if I had the right day and time, they said that I did not complete all of my paperwork. She double checked the file to realize that I had done everything on my part. She said that she would reach out to the therapist and I still have not received a call. This is supposed to be a place for people to go to get help to feel better. How can they do that when the establishment shows that they do not care, in the acts of not remembering your schedules, not being aware of the status of a patients paperwork and not reaching back out to confirm or reschedule the appointment. Again, this was supposed to be my first appointment.
