I'd drive myself to the funeral home before coming here. I started as a patient 10 years ago things were amazing. Excited to come back when I returned to Baltimore. Dr. Nayak is Amazing and cares about people. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There's two issues that are fairly serious that should be looked into, medications shortages and missing paperwork. The pharmacy needs some WORK!!! One of the techs is rude. She shared her displeasure when a woman struggled with eng6. Openly stated,"The B-tch needs to learn English if she's going to stay here." Yes English is important but her husband translated for her and we just didn't need to hear that. The pharmacy shorted my meds more than once and the staff expressed their anger towards to me for counting my medications at the window and pointing out the shortage on 3 medications (one was 12 pills short, the other two were missing 10 pill in each prescription. Not ok. Patients need their medications...... all of them. Accidents happen but this occurring more than once is questionable. I transferred to another pharmacy. Paperwork has been routinely lost. Whenever the office requested paperwork, it was provided the same day. Then I would receive letters stating, "2 request" or "final request" when I provided all financial information and ensured medical records were sent prior to the visit. I prefer writing great reviews not complaints but medication shortages and organization of paperwork is a concern.

I think they do as long as it's a regular extraction. But if it's infected, they might put you on meds a few days then do it.
