Don’t go to any single one of these places. I warn you now, the “nurses” on the phones are disrespectful, unprofessional, the place is dirty, and it was the weirdest healthcare I’ve been to and I’m in healthcare. When I went for my appointment they switched providers on me without my consent and my prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. When I called everyone was super rude to me when I was trying to figure out what happened to it. Because one prescription got sent in and one didn’t. Just don’t go.

I became a pairing because I really liked a particular provider, so I became her patient even agreed to travel across town to visit her. I did a physical had lab work done about 10 tests and was never called by anyone regarding the results. I got the run around from staff members to speak with my provider. When you call you talk a call center and not actual clinical staff. I had to pop up in a lunch break one day to go over my results. I was told that I needed to set up an additional appointment and have my insurance billed to go over results. Staff members still did not allow me to speak with the provider that I have a relationship with that I feel comfortable with and that knows my business, instead I was forced to speak with another general staff member about my results. Overall clinic is some shìt, I shouldn’t have to chase my doctor for results of any lab work, then told to go over it I just make an appointment and be billed again. Shut it down, get some real clinics and professionals that care about the people in the community.

My time as a patient here was the worst I am a chronic asthma patient and no other provider or doctor could believe the story I give about this clinics doctor denying me a life saying machine (nebulizor). His name is Dr.Shultz and this guy seems to not care he comes in the room during a visit checks off a few questions and pretty much blows u off . And for him to deny me a machine that almost every other doctor would have gladely given is beyond me. This experience has caused me to go without a provider over several years because of his treatment!!!!

That do not. The Division location is the only one with detal
I was informed that the phone reps are not even in the actual center and its best to just go in and make it in person. Hope this helps.
