My husband had spine surgery with Dr. Cammisa 3 years ago, and then needed a different disk replaced a couple of weeks ago. He had such a great result and experience with Dr. Cammisa the first time, that of course he went right back to him. The Doctor, his office staff, PA’s, HSS, etc. are all top-notch. Patient, smart, kind, a pleasure to deal with, and the surgery at HSS works like a well-oiled machine. Dr. Cammisa is a miracle worker, and these surgeries were extremely complex and potentially risky. We have the utmost respect for him and can highly recommend him without any reservation.
