They say they help those with criminal backgrounds to find work with background friendly companies. i have been with them for a year. i made several attempts in person and on emails and phones with lack luster attempts. they are people who Discriminate against your charges. they will not help a "Lost cause" i just reported them the the better business beuro for fraud. Do not go to them. I recommend anyone to go through a program called STRIVE off of pen north. Trust me, they will pay bus fairs for you to get to them and help you, clothe you and ensure that you get a job. they are a non-profit while America works gets paid by the state. don't go here if you dont want heart aches. these guys have no relationships with the companies, all they do is go online grab "Hiring now" and forget who you are as they spam female only surveys to you and jobs literally 2 hours from you. then "forget" where you live. they are just a bunch of fake people trying make a earning by finding easy cases to work and throw out the rest of us who just want to be able to clothe themselves.

I use to go to the program years ago and they was unprofessional then and still unprofessional my daughter goes to the program now she have a job got it on her own remember the snow we had got yesterday she went in today and they wouldn't give her a buss pass cause she wasnt dressed,then one of the workers told her come back and try tomorrow. They unprofessional and some of them that work there is to damn smart.they need to be in the shutdown so they can see how we feel Los thinking they better than somebody when they just like us in the program or attended the program before. Facts....
