I don't have a transponder but am on the household account. No problems when I go thru the tolls in Maryland. I am going to Philadelphia tomorrow. Will I have any problems in NJ, DE or PA since I don't have an actual transponder?

Your likely going to get violations. Then you'll have to call and dispute. In the dispute you will probably be able to get the tolls and a lesser service charge applied to your account. If i were you i'd pick your poison and see whats a bettrr fit, hassle of a dispute, pay cash or a transponder.
