I have been to this facility for help twice in the past. I always loved it there. I finally had the courage to come back and when I went in, the receptionist was I N S A N E. She deserves to be fired. I am appalled that they would allow someone to talk to people like garbage the way she does. I will never be going back. I feel bad for anyone that is less stable than I am having to talk to her. She could be talking to someone on the brink of suicide?? Then the “supervisor” lied and said that the receptionist didn’t do anything wrong. Don’t go to this place. They just want your money. They don’t care what happens to you.

All the people there are great

Very unaccomadating in the mental health field. Your patients need to be seen in person. I'm not a mental health professional but I know that phone and virtual appointments do not work for them. In person isn't even an option for Key Point patients at this time, even though everything else has been reopened since Covid. My son's psychiatrist has never seen him face to face. I rarely get call backs and if there is an emergency we need to go to the ER because the on call doctors are never on call. If you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one please look elsewhere. Key Point will NOT help you
