Absolutely disgraceful operation featuring a highly unprofessional staff. After making several attempts to deal with this staff in good faith, it is evident why nobody wants to engage in work in the city. If the city is ever to make a turnaround, the change needs to start here.

Look like there are bunch of lazy people working in the Baltimore city inspections department, I called several times no body answer, recorded voice machine said, leave me a message I call you as soon as possible she takes only one call a day in the afternoon, no body call you, this people who works in there are don't deserve their salary it is a frustrating situation, I hope move my investment from the Baltimore City.

No. That is not what housing does. No government agency is going to spend money to pay a financial obligation to another government agency
Hey, the same thing happened to me they just never answer I guess. But what we did was go into the office and go from there. They are very strict on the use of masks and require identification prior to entrance. Hope this helps!
Yes
Department of Baltimore City housing. You can also withhold payment into escrow that might be your best bet because the courts closed. If you can verify that you made various request to have these request met you can make the repairs yourself charge for your time and labor and parts. Take it out the rent
