You can contact EZPASS, and they'll send you new Velcro, if that's what your asking.

Stop at an EZ Pass office or contact the EZ Pass administration. You can get the tabs free of charge from them. Also, you could use the 3M removable strips almost any store and put one on your dash and place your transponder on top of the strip. Just be certain that it's positioned so the toll facility reader senses it.

Get some velcro, or just lay it on the dash

You can buy new ones at most rest stops, contact EZPASS for some, or just put it on your dash, it'll still work. I have seen folks use those 3M double sided removable adhesive tabs too.

I don't keep my ex pass on the windshield reason being I don't need no one breaking my car taking it I toss it on the dash when I'm going to use it

They give you free tabs at the office. You can also add money to your account while you're there... Or stop by the dollar store and you can get new sticky pads
