You will need a qualified complaint. Look up what they are. My daughter had shoulder surgery 15 years ago, no previous medical records. The doc manipulated her shoulder and she was given her card. The doctor there gave such great advice that works for me. Good luck love.
Irvin you dont need medical records to go there dont stress just go they have great doctors you can go over your history with and they will help you no worries.
