I have been a patient of Dr.Warren Johnson for several years at Paradise Valley Family Medicine. He always listens carefully and helped me with any medical problem I have had...He is the best anyone could ask for in a Doctor!! If you have been searching as I did for several years you can stop. Dr. Johnson has never let me down!!! I am an elderly woman and hope to see Dr. Johnson in the years to come.....He has truly "kept me going." His staff is excellent also and very caring! A few of the practitioners are great, but most of their medical, admin and call center staff are consistently terrible, mean/dismissive to patients, and give patients blatantly incorrect medical information especially regarding disease prevention and care. Yikes.

Dr. Jay Bernstein is the WORST doctor I have EVER seen. He is rude, arrogant, condescending and lacks the knowledge of basic medicine. Lindsay Teel was the ONLY person that office had. Now that she's gone, I'm gone!! I would feel more comfortable with a medical student before I would EVER go back to Jay Bernstein.
