they’re okay.. but right now i’ve been days without my anti depressants because i ran out of refills. the office fails to pick up their phone, and the one time they did i told them i can’t come in because i work a lot and they said they’d call me back. they called me back twice but i was at work and missed their calls. i returned the call and their office was closed. and they’re closed again right now AND tomorrow! i’ve been on these antidepressants for years, and they improved my mental health a lot..im also 7 months pregnant at the moment and ive been an emotional wreck without my medicine..because they fail to answer and refill a prescription that can save a life .. so now i cold turkey a med i been on for years and having bad side effects.. thanks a lot

I ran out of blood pressure medication and have a bad heart and could even have the decency to return my calls and I had been a patient for 5 years.
They are always very timely. Wait time if the best I've ever experienced. I've been going here 5 years.
Jennifer is a good NP at this facility. I saw her a couple times and she seems to really care about my concerns. She takes the time listening and addressing the issue I have. In fact the whole NP staff is awesome. I was also seen by NP Ameeta. She’s just as good as Jennifer. You can’t go wrong with both tbh.

Not on-site @McDowell location however they will give you a order to get one... I use Simon Med in central Phoenix - very nice staff
They speak Spanish as well as English. If you need a translator I would call ahead and see if they could provide you one, but I'm not sure if they can.
