I love the Drs here. Ive been coming here for over 15 years. Dr Wild is so patient and helpful. My daughter is a 30 year old girl with special needs and has alot of difficulties with Trust. But Dr Wild and her nurses are always very kind and understanding. BUT I hate to call the office. People on the phone are rude and have ugly customer service WHY, PLEASE tell me WHY I always have to explain that my daughter has special needs, she doesnt speak she doesn't comprehend. Arent you looking at her file. You asked her name her age her Dr. Can they not Understand that a "Normal" 30 year old wouldn't need her Mama to call in for her. Maybe they need training maybe they need help wait maybe they need some compassion

I am in sever shivering back pain! I went to banner emergency 3x and was sent home and told to contact my DR. no x rays no mri there was nothing banner would do for me. They only prescribed me 3 days of ibu600 until i get into see a Family medicine DR. I wasn't even asking for narcotics, i couldn't even get ibu800. I recently made an appt here, I then received a call back that my appt would be canceled and re-scheduled , being a new patient its a month out, i called everyday for cancellations and was able to get a sooner appt. I then received a call that I could not be seen in person and my appt would be over the phone and I would receive a link to the appt. LINK NEVER RECEIVED! I have had sever shivering back pain going on 3 weeks now and all banner could do was continue to cancel my appts. Due to not having a car i was basically looking for a "one stop shop" but this place is very SOUR and that's putting it nicely! When you need immediate care do not count on this place!! disappointment failure disapproval discomfort distaste exasperation frustration irritation regret resentment uneasiness unhappiness weariness the worst experience i have ever had with medical care!

Every staff member & doctor I was in contact with actually made me feel heard and I didn’t feel an ounce of judgement which is very refreshing. Everyone was extremely kind and professional and made me feel like what I had to say actually mattered.

They have a list of primary care doctors on their website. Many of them you can schedule with online.
You need to talk to an insurance agent
That has nothing to do with the doctor office. Talk to your health care provider for both ahcccs and Medicare and discuss a dual needs plan, which includes medication among other things.
