WORST CLINIC EVER!!!!!! This location rarely answers the phone, Ive been to two visits for my pressure medication and it still has not been filled and when I called to inquire about why the doctor still hasn't done it they said she has patients, but isn’t your patient who came in 3 weeks before them priority? I have also been given prescriptions that have not worked on a uti when in fact to find out later it wasn’t a uti like they said it was a yeast infection, taking UNNECESSARY MEDICATIONS which in fact can effect your immune system negatively, WRONG REFERRALS and WRONG MEDICATIONS. I have lost 100% faith in their capability of GOOD health care. I would recommend The AZ Womens Maternity Clinic. You do bot need a referral, they are accurate in their diagnosis and in their suggestions of prescriptions and wont misdiagnose you or give you medication you won’t need so you don’t walk around untreated when you think you are.They are playing a dangerous game over here at this clinic. I WILL NEVER COME HERE EVER AGAIN. This is my 3rd serious incident with them.

I Have returned to Edit my review May 2022. They listened and they heard. They have fixed the phone system and added a patient portal. Now when I call the office a get a return call within 1/2 hour. I left a test message on the patient portal and the nurse blew up my phone. Now we have Dr's who care that can get the message when we call. Great concept thank you guys 5 stars I wish I could give 6. ***No Longer the Case SEE ABOVE!!!This would be 1 star if not for the passionate caring Dr, P.A., M A's and a couple receptionist at the Downtown. None are at this location. Something needs to be done about the phone system. If you call for any reason other than to schedule an appointment forget it.. Today I called this location for the first time to schedule an appointment for myself and my wife. My wife is deaf so I call for her. The receptionist said she cannot schedule my wife unless she calls I said she is deaf so I call for her. She said well it does not say she is deaf and there is no ROI. I said I'm not asking for info I'm scheduling there is no reason you cannot schedule. Never had a problem before Do ts so frustrating such a great Dr has to deal with so much incompetence. I think the office administrated is responsible for phones training and everything but I can't get them to call me
