- Nearly impossible to get ahold of staff via phone - Lost my labs - Lost my history from prior doctor - Made my appointment with the wrong practitioner twice in the first month - Blunt and pushy medical staff who dictate to you instead of partnering with you on your treatment / health - When not being overly confident in their medical knowledge, they default to "we don't treat that here" or "it's rarely seen", even for very common issues. Directly contradict themselves from one sentence to the next. - The PA told me she "has problems with her MA" and she doesn't like her, on my very first visit. Then blamed her for missing information in my EMR instead of just filling in the gaps and following up with her MA behind closed doors. Extremely unprofessional. - The medical administrator seems to be the only good one of the bunch. I have no idea how they got the few positive ratings they did. Maybe friends or people who don't know enough about medicine to know they're getting poor information?

Don’t go here period. Especially for behavior health. They’ve left me all alone to deal with trying to get my medications because they no longer have a provider. I’ve been going to NH for over 3 years and this is how they left me hanging. I’ve been MORE than patient and willing to work with them as they change providers over the course of the three years of me being seen there yet they can’t seem to get me my medications all the sudden now because they don’t want to pay someone a decent wage probably. They left me in this spot and now my mental health is going down the drain!!

I had a first time PCP appointment here, and they were running 45 minutes late, not a great start but stuff happens. The next 15 days after I left them voicemail after voicemail trying to get my prescriptions called in to the pharmacy. No one ever returned calls. Turns out they LOST my notes to my appointment and I needed to come back in. So I reschedule to an early morning appointment, and 15 minutes before my appointment they call to cancel!
