I think the best option is to do what I did to avoid unnecessary processing fees. Pay the 150$ to the state with a debit card and 100$ to the clinic cash. Once the 150$ state charge hits your bank account you then immeditely know your precious card is LN THE WAY!

Both they make it very easy to get your card. Use your debit card for faster processing time.
