Son is waiting for his card, still have not received it. Last time he messaged them, he was told it will be in his mailbox by Thursday 2/28. Today's mail did not have it. Is anybody else having issues at this time receiving their card?

No.. But you can contact the state directly.. They will give you an answer as to when or if it was sent... Best of luck!

That would likely be a state issue. Have they sent any emails? They declined mine once because of a hairclip, not tgat your son did...good luck. Give it till Monday, then call the state.

Like Annie said Susan . No ! Nobody is having problems getting their cards . We see over 200 patients a week and they all get them in the appropriate time. I’ll call you but everyone gets their card when they are supposed to . Thanks for inquiring

I still haven't received mine either! It's been a whole month and nothing! I got an email saying I was approved and that they would send it through the mail but still nothing! Why??
