How do residents give access to guests without having to drive/walk to the gates themselves? Where do guests park? How does an overnight guest avoid having their car towed? Do you charge for guest passes?, how much?

Each unit has a call number linked from the gate box to a phone number of their choice. Guests can search a resident name or type in the call number, and the phone number will be dialed. Then the resident only needs to answer the call and type in a number to open the gate. Guests can park in any uncovered parking space. I'm not sure about overnight parking, but no guest passes are needed during the day

You get a code that calls to your phone and you can answer that way, they park in uncovered spots and i dont recall a guess pass
