When we moved out we had to throw away some of our furniture due to how bad the roach infestation had gotten, literally couches, frames, bookshelf etc. We were told we were going to get back our deposit and we had been waiting for MONTHS and we called and they wouldn’t answer or they told us it was sent out but only the manager knew when it was sent. They finally got back to us saying we weren’t getting our deposit because of the dry wall damage and because we owed for utilities. We had already been charged for the for the “utilities” we owed before we left . Honestly the worst place I’ve lived in

Move in was a nightmare! Roaches and ants. Promised a gift card been here a month and nothing.

Lousy are a bit to be desired. The service repairs are horrific my son has lived there a years and the places needs desperatel repairs such as toilet, kitchen sink, dish washer, closet doors and floors! But they are quick to charge attorney fees if the rent is late!! Feel defeated by this place!!

I applied to this apartment earlier last month when they had the application and admin fee waive deal. I called for 3 weeks straight to see when they were going to process my application, but I received no answer to my calls. End of April came, Mariel calls me and tell me I am approved and we exchanged emails about my move in date. Later that week, the “property manger” calls me and tell me she’s reversing my approval because my application and told me to pay the fee for the entire application. This was very unprofessional

You dont have to be a student to rent hear,, they dont know what they are talking about.. It would be ok over hear if you dont need the internet, If you work from home or have to do anything important on the internet this is not the place, you can not have your own internet anymore, you have to get theres , and It does not work all the time and when it does work it is always going really really slow, and you would have to get there cable , and alot of channels goes out, its like 6 channels done went out since last week, but it could be a good place, but the amenities is not ready, such as the club house and the rec room sucks, but it is clean and quiet but not a place if you need amenities.
It may not be student housing but you may still be able to get your financial to pay for your housing or at least pay a portion. Just sit down and talk to you or advisor. Too important to do over the phone. They can advise you.
I don't know but if you find out please let me know because someone in that office is ignorant she won't look you in the eyes and she's gotten smart one to many times I think she's apart of the old crew why do people think that because of where they work they are not going to be dismissed it's the ugly attitude for me
