THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE ! Seriously I barely write reviews but this one I had to share ! This whole experience living here was very traumatic, my son lost hair because of their pool, they say they clean it and when it actually looks clean , it’s actually still dirty - he had a major hair loss because of it , on top of that the property is never clean - they just painted the property WHITE so I guess they’re trying to clean up , now that they have people suing them - for the lack of maintenance, staff stealing on property, the stairs are always nasty and sticky , the floors and ceilings are caving in, mold all through the apartments which is why they’re trying to remodel, but still same weak floors so don’t put large furniture in your home, it’s a hazard ! It’s so much more but I can write a book on this, we will be taking this to court because on top of all of this we’ve been moved out of the apartment PROPERLY - yet we are still being charged for rent, so yes we will be taking this legal and I pray nobody ever rents in this apartment ever again and don’t get me started on the roaches !

I will start with saying I was stressed out with my apartment the old management company wouldn't fix anything just a rip off didn't care. Sense it's under knew management and owners they came right in and started making repairs and I have so much respect for the knew manager I believe that's her position Denise she's always smiling and willing to solve any issues I believe that' the complex will be managed with care and respect for tenants. Thank you for improving parc skyline apartments which is soon to be under a knew name. I want to shout out to Denise our knew manger thank you Denise 👍😉
