Great place , safe , clean , with control acces ,security patrol , pool , gym , a lot of parking space and the best it’s the friendly management, Elizabeth and Lena are the best ,verry professionals and friendly ;)!!!!!!. Great view to the strip with private balcony. Amazing place to live . Verry happy to call Prime my home and hope I can call it home for many years!!! Verry happy living here at Prime !!!!

Why do the elevator and hallways smell like that? Even if I were interested in a place, as soon as I walked in and smelled that, I'd immediately turn around and walk out. Not even worth the application fee.

They have been doing some remodeling in the office. You can always walk in and follow directions to the tempory office.
This is an apartment- no weekly rentals. There is a background check, you need to make GMI 3 times the amount of rent, and they will ask for 2 months current/past bank records or pay stubs for anyone on the lease 18 and older. Deposits are based on credit scores- depending on their promotions $100 up to 2xs the amount of rent (bad credit score). They are under new ownership, so I would call and ask particulars.
