This is an apartment- no weekly rentals. There is a background check, you need to make GMI 3 times the amount of rent, and they will ask for 2 months current/past bank records or pay stubs for anyone on the lease 18 and older. Deposits are based on credit scores- depending on their promotions $100 up to 2xs the amount of rent (bad credit score). They are under new ownership, so I would call and ask particulars.
