I recently move into this apartment complex and it has been amazing. Jennifer and Kim have been very helpful from the start and found the perfect apartment for me. They were very nice, and got things done quick. Even with the minor fixes I found they were able to get maintenance in right away. I’m so glad I found this place.

I have lived in 8 diffent countries over the last 30 years. Quite simply, Vegas Towers is more than a resident complex to me, it is my home. Primary influencing factors for choosing Vegas Towers as my home are: Management, cost, amenities, location, security. When considering these factors, it doesn't get any better than Vegas Towers!

When Waterton management took over our complex, there were some serious issues. Kim came in ready to see, listen, and resolve. The changes are great. The staff are friendly and ready to assist. My husband and I will be signing our lease for another year in October

As tenents move out they are remodeing the apartments. The ownership has recently changed. You can see the new apartment look on their website with the wood floors and white kitchens. There is constant remodeling still going on in the apartments. If you live here are are near the apartments that are being remodeled, you can hear the work being done. Several common areas have been refreshed. The elevators need fixed by an elevator company and they need refurbished but they say that is in the future plans. The apartments are a good size. In some ways this has turned into student housing as there are many students sharing apartments (on the lease or not?) as we are only blocks from UNLV campus.
nothing is really included...you are charged in another bill for all but electricity and that you are charged directly by the electric company. I do not work here. I am a resident.

Yes there will be a credit check and if you have evictions you'll have to talk to them about that.. Sometimes depending on your credit there's a first and last month's deposit but again it's best to talk to them and find out because they do work with people for some things..
