Been here since 2019. Nice size 1100 sq ft. apts for the price , Two bathrooms, washer and dryer hookups, plus a garage for free. It's quiet for it not being the prettiest on the outside or neighborhood.and they got it lit up. When I first moved here it was really dark. The only thing I wish it was a non- smoking place because it's Marijuana city here. They hardly take applications and when they do they fill the apartments really quick because of the cheap rent. Also the manager Greg and the assistant manager Alma are the most understanding people. But know that they don't play do something to disturb the peace you will be evicted. UPDATE: My time has come to leave here, but I still stand on the property. There is a new manager Ms.Jackson.. She is a very nice lady and she is trying to do new things for the place. I enjoyed my 3 and half years here. Oh I can't forget about the maintenance team here, I have never had any problems getting anything fixed in my apartment, so kudos to them also.

My mom has been staying here basically for 15 years. Throughout my childhood and now as an adult. The apartments are very spacious and the extra benefit is having a garage. As of the past couple of years we have had a maintenance man by the name of Paul. Who is an outstanding worker, this man I'm sure does above and beyond his job description. Every day he is cleaning the mess that these raggedy tenants leave behind. He welds, fixes the units to outstanding condition and literally leaves after his scheduled shift to ensure things are done. He is always helpful and friendly. I wanted to give him his recognition if nobody else is. Thank you Paul for trying to keep the apartments nice. You're greatly appreciated sir. It's the ones that are overlooked that do the most.
