From my initial phone call inquiry to the actual formal approval, the leadership team at The Lennox was/is amazing! Being a professional in the Customer Service/Client Experience space, providing great end to end customer service is something that I am passionate about. I've never felt more at ease with an application process in my life and I'm an extremely particular person with high expectations. My experience was seamless and timely. The leadership team on-site executed, followed-up, and followed through on their commitment to me in regards to making me feel "at home." Not only did I find the apartment I had been praying about. I also found "Framily" (friends+family= FRAMILY) They were the angels I needed in a time of grief. Take a bow Roxxanne and Tyshianna!

To save someone else the headache; I found out I needed to move within the week. Went to tour, applied the next week. AFTER taking my money to hold the unit, I was told the website had glitched and the unit would not be available till the 12th. When I asked for a refund, I was told it will be 30 days. I’m a single working mother, I don’t have the income to lend a company $350. Even the application isn’t worth the money you will not be seeing back for a whole month, if at all should the unit that’s advertised as available be UNAVAILABLE. Was warned about this place, stay away.

Loud music all day and night no courtesy to others in the building it Shakes the entire building office says nothing can’t wait to move this is my first year if you have a dog over for one day they will charge you a deposit I was charged and the dog isn’t even in my unit at all . They are slow on maintenance they don’t know how to move people in and out the security system just know how to over charge leaving immediately in may it’s to loud and the elevators and hallways are disgusting…. New owners again it’s so loud you won’t be able to rest
