I currently live here and let me tell u the manager is big B she is in everyone's bunnies she wants our kids to be locked in the house never outside to walk them even if it's 5 min she worried about all the people in her building she needs to be fixing the roach problems the soda machines never work they suppose to have a change machine in the laundry room but it's inside the office just unplugged sitting there we have to walk 2 hrs to bank to get change cause the stores don't give out quarters to wash they never have the pool open they cleaned the water out just to leave all the trash in there the manager will complain about thing we do after hours she will say a comment just for walking by if u can deal with a nagging manager please be my guest and stay here but I just wouldn't recommend it

About $1,320
Like 370 to start but goes down to 270 after a month
I think so but I'm not sure
Americana about 1300onrhly rhough ypu pay weekly. harmon across the street is alittle bit cheaper. Thats evwrything included. Your best bet are weeklys until you gwt your credit restablisbed. But dont atay in these money pits long. Thats how they get you. Stay maybe 6 months. Pay your rent on time save the money for. Deposits on a real apt plia enough for first and last month rent plus a cushion for utilities. Id say 3 to 4000. I kmow thats a lot but prices tjese days are outragous. The homeless population has gone from the hundreds into the tens of thousands in the blink of an eye. And that's not a community you want to be a part of they've gotten ruthless. There's no such thing as cheap anymore. The only other thing I can suggest is try more depressed and less flourishing areas like the east side of town and avoid areas that are becoming renovated cuz you might start off cheap but soon as the renovation hit your area your rental Skyrocket
you should call and complain now while your tenancy is still active and under contract. That way your complaint is valid being that you still reside there.
Yes
I dont think so. I know a land lord cannot evict you for not paying rent up until September 1st endless they extend that like everything else. Dunno of that helps but yeah
uh mam you have to pay for that
