i live here, am the on-site manager as well, so my opinion is TOTALLY biased... but this place is great!!! repairs are made in a timely manner, new roof, central air, on-site parking, gated property, locking mailboxes, and the owner is fantastic! the owner is a very educated, sophisticated and takes-care-of- business kind of guy. and no nonsense, in the owner or on the property. and we for sure look out for each other here at George's Apartments. not a tight-knit community, but neighborly and kind. like i said, my opinion is TOTALLY biased tho. 😋😁😘

My dad lives here. They continue to raise the rent on a senior citizen. $650 for a run down one bedroom apt? That's pitiful!

Its a very quiet place. Everyone one here really nice. The keeps asking if everything is ok. 100 times better then where i was living (Boulder Palms Apt).

Great little complex with awesome tenants. The neighborhood is still a little rough around the edges, but it is getting better everyday..
