why do I have to pay 65 dollars for a consultation? In all the reviews that I have read, the consultation is free!! I have been here before so it cannot be for a new patient.

I know nothing about a consultation fee. Did you go to the east side or west side office? You are right to question this.
i got my braces off november 9 and was told it would take up to 3-4 business days for my retainer to come in and when i went to call on the 4th day they said my retainers wont be here till 3 to 4 weeks this place is very unprofessional dont go here!

You do not need to have insurance, they have plans for families without dental insurance, I know that the prices can be high for many.
