I absolutely hate Dentists. However....this was the most wonderful visit that I have ever ever had. The staff made you comfortable right at the door, and the Dentist I had, Rana.....top notch, with one hell of a sense of humor. Did not make me feel like I was just another patient.

My experience was horrifying and amazing. Dr. Gizelle is an awesome passionate dentist. She's very detailed and particular about her work. She's patient and thorough with the final outcome. Her assistant and most of the staff at Image Dental are also amazing. She took me in on short notice and completed 2 root canals. Dr. Gizelle made me feel extremely comfortable when I was in so much pain. She was also very polite and nice. She even helped me with my studies. I love her work ethics!! My finished look is perfect and better than before. Now my complaint is with the front receptionist. When I arrived she handed me forms to fill out. Touched my hand with a thermometer for temperature check(did not clean before or after touching me or the patient after me). Once I completed the forms while standing at the desk, she yells out from no where at a distance and questions "you are 60yrs old!?" Very embarrassing, because not only am I 9yrs shy from it, the lobby had patients waiting. So loud that the receptionist next to her had to chime in to try and save her. The other waiting patients had to look away and down at their phones.They felt uncomfortable for me.That was the MOST unprofessional, insulting experience at a medical/dental facility I ever had in my 51yrs. Never had any doctor or dental office ever yell my age out at a counter in a room surrounding other patients. That information should be kept private and discussed in a discreet setting. Had she looked at my records that were open directly in front of her she would've known that it was far from the truth. She needs to be coached on proper sanitation and what should or shouldn't be said or asked out loud when it's pertaining personal information. I was so embarrassed and insulted at the same time, I started having that nervous feeling throughout my body that I was ready to walk out the door. Her inappropriate behavior nearly ruined my experience. Except for when I quickly entered the peaceful room where my beautiful affordable crowns were placed on. I almost forgot about the insult until I had to pass her while leaving. Ultimately, my experience was awesome in the chair. So, if you can just get past the untrained receptionist, your experience will be great! Bring a sweater, office is always cold!!🥶 Dr Gizelle, dental assistant, and financial department gets 5 stars 🌟 receptionist gets a Zero!!
