Showed up for my sons appointment and 30 minutes after his appointment I'm told they don't have the paperwork from the other office. They said they cake and don't get an answer so they have me call and of they don't respond I have to pay $190. I asked why if I showed up and it's not my fault that they don't have what they need. She says I can't leave without paying today and she can't bill me. The whole time I'm being extremely calm and nice and the girl was trying to raise her voice at me. Finally she says I can reschedule and I don't have to pay. Overall bad customer service.

First let me say the work is fabulous. This location is great .everyone is very nice and professional ..Monique explained the treatment process great and let me know my options. .. Yenny so nice from the time I called and in person. This was the best experience
