Very unprofessional. I called and spoke with someone and made an appointment. I was told to call the next day when I was on my way. The next day I called several times. I even text the number several times. No one responded until three hours later. I was texted the address of the other location and told to go there at 6 o’clock. I arrived there at 6 o’clock and was told it would be a two hour wait. Don’t use these people. The woman in the shop told me that the other woman takes all the phone calls. She was actually on the phone at the time that I walked into the shop. She was working on one persons hair. There was another person laying on the couch half asleep. Totally unprofessional.
