Driver here... I base all of my reviews on 3 things... Customer service.. Lot maneuverability... Load/Unload time... Customer service was decent... Lot area is horrible for me.. it is spacious that's a great thing but when you first come in the space is tight...you have to lot-hop from one lot to the other(s) and wait for a long time before you back into a door.. Then get loaded and for me that just sucks.. 2 stars

The guys saying this place is slow aren't lying. I'm here offen and quick for them is 2hr. My longest visit was 5hr

Very smooth pick up. Showed up at 5 am for 1pm appointment, gave me a dock within 30 min and got loaded in one hour at most.
