I was super excited with buying my furniture in Ashley because I like their style and they have so many options. The selling agent was very nice. But all that changed when I received my new furniture. The guys who did the delivery were running, they didn't even allow me to test all the recliners. I have to run to one of them to tell that there was a problem. Long story short. Two of the recliners they couldn't operate properly because they were too close to the arms, literally, you could see the arm moving when the recliner was working. The middle section didn't have power, so the lights and outlets were useless. I mentioned all these problems to the person installing the sofa and he just said that a technician will come. Well, they didn't even report the problem. Four days later, I had to call Customer Service to make a claim and they don't have a technician available in three weeks. I was expecting something better from Ashley. First, quality furniture and second a faster service. This store is expensive so be consequent with your clients.

Everything was excellent! Service, Customer Satisfaction, and the delivery guys are the best! Furniture stores all sell furniture, but Ashley Furniture Store sells good quality furniture at affordable prices and they deliver with no hassles. They truly are a business I will be patronizing for all my furniture needs.
