Even though LG gave me contact info for Triad Electronics to repair our washing machine, they don't service Cary. NC, which is about 90 miles away. Chris was nice enough to give me the names and numbers of several other LG service companies to contact that service our area. I really appreciate her assistance!

I recently had two vintage pieces of audio gear (Marantz 2325 and Phase Linear 4000 ii) restored by Triad Electronics. Alex is an absolute "magician!". He should change his name to "Merlin". I had very high expectations for the operation and appearance of the restored equipment and Triad exceeded my snooty expectations. If you're a vintage stereo gear head like myself, DO NOT hesitate to entrust your hallowed equipment to Alex and the crew at Triad Electronics!

Triad Electronics Service is one honest company. I see why they have high ratings! I took my camcorder to them thinking that it was broken. Turned out, I had the wrong cable. They simply told me the problem without a charge. If they were dishonest, they could have told me anything and charged me a fee, but they were honest. It is hard to find a company who will pass on trying to squeeze a buck out of a customer, especially in these hard times. Thank you so much for your great service, professionalism and honestly. I would highly recommend! May God continue to bless you and your organization!

We can help with the DVD player, but we can not help with the actual DVD. For help with the actual DVD, I would recommend trying a company that does media transfers like 5 Star Media. Their number is 336-847-7401. I don't know if they can help, but it is definitely worth a call. Thank you for your inquiry.

I suggest you call and ask. When I was in their shop all I saw was vintage stereo and tv's.
They should. I remember seeing many stereos coming in and out. Call and ask to make sure they can work on your particular model.
