Another recycling yard that didn't buy a big enough yard so it's cramped , scale house leaves for lunch 12 to 12:30 so nothing happens if you get there at noon

Sonoco on Glenn Ave is for cardboard only. Omnisource is only a mile or so in the opposite direction on Glenn. They buy scrap but , I don't have any numbers on prices.

Is there a charge to drop off cardboard?

By dropping off if you mean giving it to them no there's no charge they'd be glad to tale your cardboard for free. I wonder if you know how much they pay for this stuff from all over the states!!!!
