Not the safest place but I once called it home it was affordable and they helped me with furniture when I couldn't help myself it was just a lot going on over in the alleys but I wouldn't change my experience for nothing

I didn’t even rent from this place because just from the tour it was the most ghetto apartments I’ve ever seen. Not only was there Atleast 10 cockroaches in this little square feet apartment, but there were bums right outside the bedroom window. Mind you the windows DONT have bars. And doors don’t have screens. The water heater was nailed shut in a cabinet with rusty nails. You’d get what you pay for.

I honestly didn't think I had a chance to get into an apartment at this time, not only did they give me a chance, but the communication from the property manager has been amazing, very kind and helpful every step of the way. Cannot wait to move in later this month, and thank you for giving me a chance, when others turn their backs.
