Trash management. Trash maintenance. Can’t even fix a gate it’s been broken for months. I put in work orders and they never get done but they somehow can renovate an entire apartment next to me. Roaches everywhere all the time, amenities are always breaking. Stove doesn’t work. Missing drawers in the kitchen for over a year and a half. The pool is always dirty. They painted over the window tiles and took the numbers off the doors. Ever since Knc bought the property they raised the rent $150 while the property has slowly deteriorated.

New management ruined the character and originality of the building. We used to have a beautiful eclectic purple building that they came in a painted over to make it bland and institutionalized. They painted over our gorgeous colored glass brick walls, which used to provide beautiful rainbow colored lights through the whole apartment every morning. They quite literally painted them over grey, not only getting rid of the beautiful colors but getting rid of ALL natural light in the kitchen. Our kitchen is now drab and dark with no natural light. Talk about stripping a place of its character and beauty

Property manager is very nice and friendly. Maintenance not very effective at fixing things. The lady in apartment 1 is very dirty, strong odor coming from apartment. Serious roach infestation. Not a secure community, had stuff stolen. Plenty of parking. Homeless live out back near dumpsters. Police constantly called to building next door. Lots of crime.

I lived here for 8 months and moved out for work out of state. My experience here was more than pleasurable. KNC Square/French Quarter's management were very professional and maintenance always showed up promptly on the same day regardless of how minor the issue was. Location of the apartments is great too and within a short walking distance from the monorail. The apartment was spacious for me and well-designed. I give them 5 stars for sure.

$550 for a studio. If you have good credit you should be fine, if not then the deposit will be just a bit more. In total with all fees it should fall just under $1k

Our security deposit is $250.00, $100.00 preparation/holding fee and $35.00 application fee for all 18 years of age and older. We require income grossing 3 times the monthly rent, we verify employment/income, rental history and run a background/credit check. We are not a 2nd chance property, so evictions, skips, collection accounts for real estate, criminal record, negative rental history/credit, can cause an application to be denied.
