Kicked us out for no supposedly being rude to the employees when that was false accusations all we do was watch them when they would fix something because it’s hard for us to trust people in our home you never know what they’ll try but yeah said everybody in our home when me all I do is play games and not bother them and my mom who makes food or talks with them nice and my brother who just watches them just so they don’t try nothing bad so no we were not rude to the employees so stop falsely accusing us

If I can give this apartment complex zero Stars I would it's bed bug infested roach infested mice infested spider infested the manager buys food stamps off of tenants she's rude every time you come into the office and every time you pay rent she don't give you a receipt for that month that you paid rent not only that she evicted my mom who is a disabled woman who is now in a wheelchair her health started declining when moving into these apartments

I lived there for 3 years now this is a bad place its so nasty the kids that live there broke my window and the workers didn't want to fix my window place ever don't recommend living there

Roach and bed bug infested. They make plenty of WORK ORDERS then I guess shreds them because they disappear.. When they are ready for you to leave THEY ARE READY FOR YPU TO LEAVE no matter rent in hand or not . Maria is NOT PROFESSIONAL she walks around taking pictures of porches instead of fixing the interior they are more focused on the exterior and let’s not talk about the pool that’s NEVER OPEN not even in 116 degree weather.. The hot water is iffy well WATER is iffy period you may wake up to no water for 6 hours with no explanation they use wall paint for the tubs and kitchen wood cabinets are eating alive by termites. let’s not forget how hot the cold water gets even in the toilets …You aren’t allowed to barbecue but all the appliances are infested with roaches instead of getting new appliances they swap them from unit to the next with cleaning they share germs and roaches …. No wether strips on the doors so I’ve found 3 lizards under my living room tv stand and let’s not forget the Bisted window I received while visiting New York 2 weeks ago this place needs to be shut down. They spend more time fixing paper work they charge you 50$ for yes paper work then actual labor we have mold that we’ve complained about for a year and I swear if the pandemic wasn’t at place we would have been moved but today is the last Shabbang I’m complaining to every listening ear in Las Vegas this has to be stopped
