How much do you pay for try outs and if you make the team how much is it to be on it?

You'd think this would be a straight forward answer. Unfortunately it's not. Due to lengths of the seasons, different amount of travel, and many other factors, fees will vary depending on boys/girls programs and ages.

If my daughter makes the 15 u team. How often do the practice and how far away do the play.

I am not sure about the girls, but i would guess 3x a week before starting to play tournaments than 2x. If we are talking about national team for sure 1-2 tournaments out of state the rest in Chicago area.
