As tenents move out they are remodeing the apartments. The ownership has recently changed. You can see the new apartment look on their website with the wood floors and white kitchens. There is constant remodeling still going on in the apartments. If you live here are are near the apartments that are being remodeled, you can hear the work being done. Several common areas have been refreshed. The elevators need fixed by an elevator company and they need refurbished but they say that is in the future plans. The apartments are a good size. In some ways this has turned into student housing as there are many students sharing apartments (on the lease or not?) as we are only blocks from UNLV campus.
It all has to do with the change of ownership and the price of rentals going up in Las Vegas
All I've noticed is the name change I don't remember it being call The Rays at Las Vegas Tower but it's still a nice property
Complete remodel. Basically tore down the whole place and replaced it with new paint,carpet,and applicainces
